NARRATIVE
WEEK ONE:
Several weeks ago, Admiral Kererek issued instructions on an impending counteroffensive against Rator III Forces. These instructions were outlined in Operation Unbroken.
Specifics to the operation can be found bellow. However, the 11th Expeditionary Flotilla’s instructions were to protect the key orbital facility above Chaltok. The 18th Flotilla, meanwhile, provided assistance against the hostile fleets in the system.
The enemy, on account of several RRF flotillas redeploying, directed all its forces against Chaltok, believing the RRF was withdrawing. Intensive fighting ensued. RRF vessels found themselves in engagements to determine their very survival. When it seemed the 11th Expeditionary Force was poised to hold onto the orbital facility, the enemy utilized an experimental weapon which destroyed the orbital facility and severely crippled several ships within the 11th Expeditionary Flotilla.
When it seemed the enemy was about to completely over-run the system, reports began streaming in that the RRF had secured the systems surrounding Chaltok. Hostile Rator III forces ceased their offensive.
WEEK TWO:
In the week that followed, a mutiny occurred amongst hostile forces, likely in response to a hopeless situation. One Colonel Vulatha indicated that Rator III Forces were to surrender to the Romulan Republican Force on a general broadcast. In that moment, Wing-Commander Raiek, the apparent commander of the invasion force, vaporized her with a disruptor on the broadcast.
The hostile forces descended into chaos. The Wing-Commander gave an ultimatum to the RRF. Surrender Chaltok, or he would direct three prison barges (filled with prisoners of war and civilians) straight into the capital city of Chaltok.
There gambit was halted after senior staff on the Tebok breached operational controls of the the prison barges and directed them to safety. Unfortunately, one of the barges was destroyed by a barrage from the Wing-Commander’s flagship. RRW Vauthil and RRW Tebok were, however, able to destroy the flagship before any more lives were lost.
Soon after, reinforcements began arriving in system from neighboring system. RRF support had arrived. In that moment, a general broadcast was administered to all hostile ships serving Rator III. Hostile forces accepted unconditional surrender. From there, they began surrendering to elements of the 18th Flotilla and the 11th Expeditionary Flotilla.
RECOMMENDATION The vessels of the 11th Expeditionary Flotilla are busy dealing with scores of surrendering Rator III officers. Command should consider granting time to allow thorough debriefings with these prisoners of war.

RECOGNITION CDR Taela and CDR Salil are to be commended for ensuring the enemy’s flagship was destroyed. CENT Thirteen is to be commended for ensuring our survival during the first week. Evoch and CENT Shea are to be commended for redirecting the prison barges away from Chaltok and preventing catastrophic loss of life.
