I am officially filing charges against one Seres Avlin, who is currently being held in the station's brig. She is charged with receiving and selling stolen property.

The suspect has been linked as the proprietor / operator of the auction wherein stolen property was sold. The suspect also mysteriously found certain objects on the beach where hundreds of tourists did not.
