NARRATIVE: Responded to disturbance call from the bar. Big brawl in progress, had to knock some heads together. After making arrests, took statement from bartender, who was pretty banged up; reports two non-regular customers, a Romulan and an unknown alien, ran up a large tab and then incited the brawl, apparently as a way of creating chaos allowing them to skip out on the bill.
Using holocam footage from the bar, circulated suspect images with merchant advisory. Received alert shortly thereafter from junk dealer, proceeded to bazaar where suspects were haggling over components to build their own still. Following positive ID, tossed these hooligans in lockup.
Attempted to get in touch with perpetrators’ ship, allegedly a freighter docked in port, but received no response. Ship later undocked without acknowledgment.
RECOMMENDATION: Referring perpetrators for work assignment to pay off debts incurred. If we can’t find anything else for them to do, the bar needs repair work and a temp bartender.
