Following a series of brazen attacks near the Aldebaran sector, Lilsis, and Minos Korva, House Arterius and Jil Orra attempt to take control of the Cardassian government. A joint delegation of officers and diplomats familiar with House Arterius’ dealings are summoned to an emergency conference by the Detapa Council’s senior envoy, hoping to mount a decisive effort against the threat they pose to the Federation and the Cardassian Union.
