Additional Notes: Having been relayed the story given to Captain Nimitz by Commander Caspius, I can confirm that the evidence on the Subcommander's body matches what has been shared, the Subcommander died while under Anesthesia during a surgery to donate her organs to Commander Caspius as she was the only viable match. According to the decay rate of the body, I estimate that the Subcommander died around Stardate 94917.4.
