If you would, please brief your people concerning all recent Azedi action including the wormhole deposit of the deceased Romulans. I understand a formal explanation of the red alert status has not come out yet. Commander Gira will be preparing a public statement shortly which will cover local civilians. Remind individuals that now is not the time to panic and that we will weather the storm.
