Hey, Argo.
With the new expansion only a few days away there is an understandable amount of interest in how Argo will be incorporating the new content into our RP. The main message staff wants to convey at this point is: Please be patient. We've been discussing this internally over the past several weeks and we've decided on two major points.
1. We're not sure if the expansion will release with an event similar to the Delta/Temporal recruit ones in the past. However, if a Gamma recruit event does end up happening we'll handle it like the Delta and Temporal ones before. We'll accept non-RP alts (You still need to fill out a character registry) so you can get any join a fleet bonus. These alts will remain in the fleet until a final announcement on how canonizing the expansion is shared. The status of the alts will be updated accordingly from there.
2. We're still not sure how we're going to canonize the expansion. We've decided to wait until the story episodes are live before making a decision. Yes, that does mean that we'll be behind the release date IC'ly. So, whatever happens in-game on June 5th will not have happened IC'ly yet.
