My dear Admiral, unsociable is practically your middle name.
I hope you are not implying that I would relocate a state-of-the-art starship, interrupt a long-term exploration assignment for over seven hundred Starfleet officers, and force some poor officer in sector logistics to work a late night all because some brass hat dealt me a mild inconvenience.
Because that would indeed be, as you say, disproportionate. And unnecessary. From the looks of the reports coming out of your sector, it would seem that the cosmic balance is doing a fair enough job of thinning your hair without my involvement. If you would like, we can meet after I get there and you can give me the rundown on your top ten crises of the month.
