Captain H’Ltol Sh’ow:

The inquiry into the destruction of USS Defender (NCC-93136) has determined that there is no evidence of negligence or other factors necessitating the convening of a court martial. Effective immediately, you are returned to active duty status.

As of this date, you are requested and required to take command of USS Majestic. Majestic is docked at DS13 for outfitting following completion of a maintenance overhaul, and awaiting the return of crew on leave. Upon assuming command, you are ordered to report to Captain Tyrstoc to resume service with Cetratus Squadron.

Further, Starfleet Command has approved the redesignation of Majestic as NCC-93136-A, USS Defender.

Hello Admiral,

I will proceed to the U.S.S. Majestic and once I have completed my inspection and readiness check, I will report to Captain Tyrstoc.

I am pleased to hear about the redesignation of the ship and am looking forward to resuming my service with both Cetratus Squadron and the fleet.
