SUBJ Charges against Seres Avlin


This is notice that charges are being brought against one Seres Avlin, currently in custody on Deep Space 13. Avlin is being charged with Six (6) counts of theft. This is in relation to the recent string of items reported stolen and an auction on Risa during the 38th Fleet's leave period. The auction was sponsored by Bastet Commercial Enterprises, which have been cleared of any wrongdoing. Further information to follow.

SUBJ Charges against Seres Avlin


This is an all hands update concerning the investigation of theft from the 38th Fleet's leave on Risa. Seres Avlin has accepted a plea deal and will serve a reduced sentence of six (6) months at an as of yet undermined Federation detention facility. If you reported an item stolen and have not received it by the stardate of this message please contact Starbase operations. Any further reports of stolen items should be reported to the JAG office immediately.
