General Description
This is American Food, in all of its greasy, fatty, horrific glory. All meats are replicated, except on special occasions, but the key here are the many sauces which are custom-made. The interior is wood-paneled, with lots of rustic accoutrements on the walls and ceiling. The proprietor himself plays the colorful cowboy-character, but in actual conversation is really just a very chill dude.
