I really like that map, but why are all the Star Trek maps lacking the general feel of a galaxy and have Sol in the center? Got Copernican?

Is it just me, or does that blue seem off?
IMO, looks like TOS shirts but with the TNG communicator, kinda of a let down but I still like it only cause its TNG.
