With Kalris away on temporary assignment, you are appointed to acting commander of Dominion military forces in the region. You are to take immediate command of the Founders Wisdom and arrange for Algrun First Talak’Fives to report to you. You are granted significant autonomy to operate as need be, but are expected to adhere to any and all directives from the Consulate.
This is an acting position and you will be relieved immediately upon Kalris’ return.
I know you are capable of filling such a position, so do not disappoint.
I am both honored and humbled by this. I will of course follow directives set by the Consulate and fulfill all of the obligations that come with the position. I vow not to disappoint or bring disgrace to the founders, you or our dearest friend Kalris.

As discussed, this office formally welcomes the return of Kalris as commander of Dominion military forces in the region. Whilst the previous announcement outlined the strict course-of-action upon immediate return, I thought it best to put this in writing as well.
