BIOGRAPHICAL HIGHLIGHTS

Born to a well-off family, Eviess' life - along with all Romulans - changed dramatically after the Hobus supernova. Despite living on Romulus, it was her luck that her family was at a colony at a time for a short visit to an extended family member.

At the age of eighteen, Eviess enlisted in the Imperial Military, her duties focusing on reconnaissance, intelligence gathering, and watching enemy troop movements. Following the completion of her five-year enlistment term, she entered Romulan War College and focused primarily on intelligence. Know the enemy. Study the enemy. Cryptography, interrogation, etc. She was assigned to the Tal'Diann (Military Intelligence) following the completion of the War College.

Eviess spent most of her time as an officer in the Empire repelling incursions and contributing to the pacification of planets that would attempt to revolt. When the Republic began to arise from the ashes of the Empire, Eviess did not distinguish it from the other rogue factions.

As the Empire began to lose, Eviess began advocating for more guerrilla warfare, interrupting supply lines and outposts. Failing to recapture lost territory and seeing the Republic as more than a temporary rebellion, the Centurion defected to the Republic. Following a brief assimilation protocol, she was reassigned to work in Republic Military Intelligence.

Two years later, and with a surprise to everyone around her, she applied to - and was accepted - to the exchange program and was assigned to the United Federation of Planets on the Starfleet Vessel U.S.S. Sun Yat Sen where she worked as the ranking intelligence officer. Following three years of service on the vessel, the Centurion was promoted to Subcommander and sent to the 38th Fleet's U.S.S. Brindisi as the vessel's executive officer.

This turned out not to be, and she was later reassigned to the U.S.S. Pegasus following the Brindisi's departure to a different region the Federation operates within.
