Counselor Sedai,
In the future we intend to perform a form of Telepathic Therapy on Captain Nimitz due to his experience with the possible Orb of the Prophets with the assistance of Ensign Thyzee, seeing as she has training in such ability along with expressing a rather heavy level of interest in being of assistance to the situation. Commander Mandra has finally made the decision to allow the Ensign to perform such a feat, provided Medical staff were to be there with the two to ensure the safety of both, obviously.
Outside of this; the Captain Mandra had also made the off-handed recommendation that a member of Counseling were to accompany the group as a whole as well, myself being in agreement with this recommendation along with the Captain Nimitz himself after speaking to him for permission.
If possible, I would like to ask that one of your staff- or possibly yourself; were to join us during the scheduled therapy to ensure things go smoothly and efficiently; as frankly, I imagine most of us have grown tired of this whole Orb debacle and would like to tie up any loose ends sooner than later.

Thank you for looping me in on this development. I’m in agreement that it would be prudent to have a counseling representative in attendance of this proposed session. I will do my best to prioritize my attendance personally, but if I am not able, I would definitely like to send someone in my stead.

With you level in expressed interest in the matter I had hoped that another of Medical or Science would’ve gotten in contact with you, but it would appear the matter was left to me to handle.
We do not know when this session will occur, but rest assured that I will let you know as soon as I can to ensure that nobody is left scrambling to change their schedules at the last minute.
