Citing the ongoing investigation regarding the potentially destroyed and stolen items of officers from this fleet on Risa, please refuse docking access or transport access to crew members of the S.S. Palukoo, including the captain Seres Avlin.
Additionally, as she is wanted for questioning in the case of the missing items and there is legitimate concern that this activity she is accused of may continue (as well as a newly mentioned case of violence against a Starfleet Captain that was not reported), if Seres Avlin's ship enters our space I would like the vessel temporarily detained and Seres placed in temporary custody pending this investigation's resolution.
If we can search her vessel legally for these items citing Security guidelines, I'd like for us to do so. Please make sure we play by the books. We need to conduct a real investigation here.
Lieutenant Commander Hanson, please ensure this note gets moved up the channels and put in the systems for operations communications.
