My General.....the progress made on Nimbus has been much greater than I had previously anticipated in the short time I have had with it. The technology has been almost entirely deciphered and and what was a Tal Shiar operation here is all but under my grasp. The Orions, with their wit and guile have been of much use in deciphering the Romulan Encryptions.
There is now nothing within the Nimbus Sector that I will not be aware of. There will be no vessel that I cannot see, none shall be hidden from me. All shall be seen by my eyes, and as such, all shall be known to you My General. I ask that you come to see what I have accomplished here. See my work as it has so far progressed. You will not be ashamed.
