Effective immediately all jem'hadar are to no longer be shrounded while on deep space 13.
In addition all jem'hadar are hereby banned from spending there time off duty aboard the founder’s wisdom. They are required to take their time off, as shore leave aboard deep space 13 or the nearest equivalent Federation facility
In addition all jem'hadar training simulation are to be done onboard the Holodeck of deep space 13. Sssigned training leads are to request all available time slots aboard the station for used for training their units. If all deep space 13 holodecks are occupied, you may request the use of holodecks on other Argo ships for training purposes. Only when there are no more available time slots, should the training be performed aboard the Founder's Wisdom.
In addition all jem'hadar are hereby assigned one additional shift of training per week on top of their standard training regiment.
