Comments: How she even became a CO is beyond me. She couldn't manage a group of non-sentient Exocomps, never mind a starship. Even a crew of 65 is 65 too many for her. To her, anyone under her command is a means to an end that she has already predetermined, and she will dismiss and disregard anyone who goes against her way of thinking.

She should be fired immediately, and very much would have been by now, if she wasn't sleeping with the Admiral.

Who knew nepotism still existed in this day and age, huh?

Comments: There is difficulty in acclimating to the Rear Admiral, but from personal experience I have found working with the Rear Admiral to be the most positive experience I have had in Starfleet once a measure of trust was established.

Comments: A solid focus on the job and her duties therein is a consistent feature in each mission. Not without any faults at all, but able to recognize them often enough to act against or to seek assistance if needed such that it keeps their performance exceptional and their personal approach-ability very easy.

I believe an applicable term at times is... adorkable?

Comments: Clearly capable to an extent that the crew and vessel have achieved a measure of success despite a startling number of personal accounts and stories of things that would break most crew's confidence to pieces. Only seems willing to listen to certain people at certain times, almost as if their title precedes any requirement for consideration.

Might be a biohazard.

Comments: It is clear this is a man who is easy to approach and will gladly hear you out. Whether he will fully follow through on advice is a bit harder to determine some days however. Of no doubt is high in tactical skill and utilization of equipment to that end. Slightly worrisome is the almost enthusiastic zeal of using those skills even when perhaps not ideal. Points for managing to do well despite what may land others in much dire straits however.

Comments: Captain Sel has a decent amount of experience in leadership of a particular focus of command styles, and in those fields they excel marvelously. There are areas they can improve on in situations they are at times less than adept or comfortable in perhaps; rough starts seem unable to stop them from learning from mistakes ultimately.

Throws a good party.
