Name: T'Keel Se'Lai
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Captain
Available Info: Little has been seen of the ISS Legacy and her captain since she became increasingly disgruntled with the failed attempts at success of her Terran cohorts. Since sharing the disgrace of Quints failure at the hands of his PU counterpart, T'Keel has distanced herself from the battlefleet and kept the Legacy operating largely independent.

Name: Mysti
Affiliation: Orion Syndicate
Rank: Pirate Captain
Available Info: Having grown up amongst her kin, Mysti bears a fierce pride for all things Orion, and presents that ferocity through her command of the OSS Thana Vaneri - a notorious Syndicate flight deck carrier. Name: Sivath
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Slave
Available Info: Records indicate that this lowly Vulcan slave was sold by Sii'Yasha Yira to Capt. Dmitri Konieczko and assigned to shipyard detail on Battlestation Argo. Shortly thereafter, the fugitive Capt. Alistair Nimitz stole the USS Saganami while Sivath was aboard. Sivath is currently listed as stolen property.

Name: KLIN_ZHA_MASTER (alias)
Affiliation: Klingon-Cardassian Alliance
Rank: Unknown
Available Info: The identity of the Alliance propagandist who publishes under the pseudonym "KLIN_ZHA_MASTER" is a secret highly sought-after by Terran intelligence. While it has been proposed that the prolific output of this persona might be the work of a distributed network of writers, authorship analysis software continues to indicate that the body of work published under this name is, in fact, the work of a single individual. Often cited as inspiration by captured Alliance soldiers and agents, "KLIN_ZHA_MASTER" is considered a threat to the security of the Terran Empire and a priority target for identification and elimination.

Name: Laro Nazair
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Staff Sergeant
Available Info: A loyal soldier of the Empire with a long but unremarkable service record. He is currently serving on Battlestation Argo.

Name: Keliaya ('Kelly')
Affiliation: Anti-Terran Rebel affiliated with Klingon-Cardassian Alliance
Rank: Unknown
Available Info: Keliaya, more commonly known by the name 'Kelly,' is a Denobulan member of a rebel group with known ties to the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. The status of the rebels within the larger command structure of the Alliance is unclear, and it is yet unknown whether members of the group are members of the Alliance or simply funded by them. A former slave of the Empire, Kelly is infamous for her activities against Terran slave markets as well as her ability to infiltrate Imperial Starfleet facilities.

Name: Leila Omar
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Colonel
Available Info: An old, grizzled soldier, Colonel Omar rose through the ranks of Imperial Starfleet not through politics and backstabbing, but years of loyal service to the Terran Empire. A lifetime of war has left countless scars on the Colonel's body and mind, and she now lives as a mere faction of the woman she once was. She has retreated to the remote Battle Station Argo where she spends her time in the bar, drinking away her days.

Name: Istar
Affiliation: Orion Syndicate
Rank: Assassin
Available Info: This mysterious Orion woman is connected with the crew of the infamous OSS Thana Vaneri. Intelligence suggests that she may be Mysti's personal hitman, but there is not much confirmed information on her, as most who have met her do not live to tell the tale.

Name: Giuseppe Capello
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Trade Minister
Available Info

"What we do not understand can be frightening. Yes, it can be! But when one is troubled by the reality of this world, it can be comforting to consider other possibilities. Even if those possibilities disturb us, so strong is the desire to escape the tyranny of consciousness and the narrow boundaries of our perceptions, to unlock the prisons of thought in which we trap ourselves, all in the hope that a better world or a better version of ourselves perhaps may lie on the other side of the door."

After the previous trade minister was executed for treason against the Terran Empire, Giuseppe Capello filled in her shoes. In stark contrast to many others in the Terran Empire, Capello is not easily tempted by the prospects of power and prestige. Rather, he enjoys new experiences, especially those that challenge his own prejudices. Once a believer in Terran superiority, Capello has started to see that there are other paths.

He tries to treat others with kindness, including aliens and so called 'others' within the Empire. There are rumors, too, that he supports a secret movement of reformers who advocate a democratized society. Though inquisitors have often brought him in for intense interrogation, they have failed to pin treason on Capello's name.

Name: Trellain De Drowvani

Affiliation: Terran Empire

Rank: Captain

Available Info: Trellains mother was part of an experiment, to create a line of genetically modified Andorians, that could be bred quickly, and trained as shock troopers. When the results did not match expectations, her father, one of the overseers appointed to run Andor, took Trellains mother as a bodyguard, and consort. Trellain was born, and raised in the Drowvani stronghold on Andor, her mother making sure that she was raised in the indoctrination teachings of the empire, to keep her place in the household. When her mothers position was secure enough, she and Trellain arranged for a shuttle accident to befall her father, paving the way for their ascension to the Drowvani name, and holdings, after a brief, bloody purge. Trellain joined the Imperial academy soon after, her family name, and power, shielding her from most of the terran xenophobia. Her ruthlessness, beauty, and ambition made her a natural for command, and she graduated top of her class, after her rival for the spot disappeared mysteriously. She used her charms on her first ships captain, winning the spot as Captain's woman, while also making a pet of the ships medical officer, as she plotted her eventual coup to take command. An attack by the Alliance, accelerated her plans, as the ships captain, as well as her pet Amy, died as the ship was boarded by Klingons. The loss of the only person she had ever felt any real affection, or trust with, enraged Trellain. After defeating the boarding party, with her supporters, and taking command, she cut a bloody swathe of revenge through the Klingon ships crew. Capturing their vessel as a trophy for the empire, Her efforts, and persuasive charms, helped her ascend to the captains chair of a real warship, allowing her to perform a series of fast attacks, all along the Klingon front. She transferred through several fleets, useing a mix of charm, subtlety, or brutality to rise up as high as she could, before moving on to the next stepping stone to power. Upon arrival at DS13, she found herself drawn to the ruthless brutality of Cpt. Quint, helping with his scouring of several worlds, as his woman, before her tastes, and desire for power, outgrew their arrangement. She was associated with the now renegade Captain Alistair Nimitz for a period of time, latching onto his rising star. Knowing when the situation was set against her, she stayed out of the ensuing power struggle between Alistair, and command, taking a wait and see approach. With Alistairs' escape, with the prototype Akagi, Trellain found herself under imperial scrutiny, doing everything she could to disavow, or shield herself from imperial arrest. Still in command of an advanced Yamato class dreadnought, Trellain's career seems to be in check, as she does everything possible to hold onto her position as captain of the Scharnhorst. Now driven to prove her loyalty, she seeks to outdo anyone else in ruthlessness, to maintain her position, while looking for a new rising star to ascend on.

Name: Viktor Locke
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Captain
Available Info: Captain Locke is an oddity among the Terran Empire, given that he is anything but the example of a 'strong Terran male'. Horribly disfigured, his face openly festers, dripping drool and stretching gruesomely with each 'smile' or glare. He walks slightly hunched with a limp. He speaks in hushed whispers, and those who have survived knowing him long enough can attest that this has always been the case. Locke never raises his voice, and he never repeats himself. His silver skeletal arm, borne of android technology as a replacement for flesh lost to enemies of the Empire, clutches a black cane within spindly fingers.

Not entirely too long ago, Commander Locke was First Officer aboard the ISS Freeman, a photon bombing frigate operating as part of a battlegroup. Commander Locke had for years routinely tolerated the abuse of his superior, Captain Sarduzar, waiting for an opportune moment to strike and claim his promotion. The Captain was a weak-willed man, a child in a man's body. He was both large and healthy, but routinely allowed his emotions to gain the better of him in outbursts of physical violence and shouting. Physical beatings of his crew were preferred alongside the agonizer. Sometimes before, sometimes after. The Captain would brutalize the condemned, while the Commander would administer the appropriate true punishment. It was, of course, only a matter of time until his rule was supplanted.

Under the dimly lit catwalks of Main Engineering, the drunken Captain hurled a case at his chief. Striking the one-eyed man on the forehead, the chief was immediately knocked out. The Captain merely straddled the body and began beating him repeatedly with a heavy spanner. Blood soaked the grate, dripping down to lower decks as skull and brain matter spattered around the room. Commander Locke merely stood watching with disinterest as another in a long line of murderous outbursts played out. The Chief would be replaced within a month, and Command would not look any further into the incident. The better they don't, as even a boorish lout like Captain Sard has friends.

When the unmoving corpse of the Chief finally failed to provide entertainment to the red-spattered Captain, he stood and turned to face the Commander. Commander Locke smiled gently, offering a knowing nod. The corpse would be cleaned away, and the warp field diagnostics would be repeated - this time without any errors. Still panting, Captain Sard turned to rest his hand upon the warp core, catching his breath and continuing to rant angrily at the incompetency of his crew. He spoke again about gassing the whole ship's complement into space. He spoke about more agonizing. His ever supportive Commander, of course, merely stood at his side and nodded. So when Captain Cepheus Sarduzar turned to look at the quiet Commander and asked for his advice on what he should do, Locke's answer was obvious enough to have bordered on disrespectful.

"Die, of course."

It was a quick movement, a mechanical hand on the back of Sarduzar's head pushed him against the warp casing. As klaxons went off around engineering, the second strike hit. Commander Locke's only play for physical strength was through this one arm. Captain Sard fought back, grabbing the Commander by the collar and struggling against the third slam into the casing. Commander Locke could have shattered the man's head in a single strike if he wanted to - but he wanted the Captain to know who was doing this. He wanted the Captain to feel it before the end. The Captain's head swam. All that strength in his arms could not stop the effect of his brain whiplashing around within his own skull. The fourth strike was strong enough to crack the casing, and crush the Captain's forehead in with a wet crunch. The computer warned of imminent coolant breach. Commander Locke continued his assault, another wet smack of fracturing skull against the warp core. The Captain was no longer moving.

Spraying across his face in a sickly blue hue spread the icy clouds of warp coolant, seeping from cracks in the casing. They seared flesh from bone, and bone from brain. The arm holding him was scoured of clothing and blood, organic matter vapourising and revealing the clockwork arm beneath. As wisps of coolant licked at the Commander's face and coiled around his feet, he finally released the Captain and stumbled from the grating to solid floor behind a console. The force fields lowered, and the core ejected at his push of a button.

"Locke to Sickbay. Captain Sard is dead. I have assumed command of the ship. Send a medical team to Main Engineering Immediately."

While the injuries to his face and body healed, he would remain ruined by the incident. Constant infections plagued him for weeks. The skin and scar tissues stretching across his face would split open in bloody wounds, fresh to find infections of their own. For months, he struggled through unending pain, refusing the mind-numbing drugs or anesthetized surgeries that would almost certainly spell his doom at the hands of a more healthy subordinate. This was a precarious time for him, as hungry eyes carefully watched for a moment of weakness where they might catch him off guard and claim their own promotion.

Purges of the crew were rampant as the now paranoid Captain removed any threat to his power. Agonizers were drained of their power sources upon even the slightest of disrespect given. Airlocks spent almost as much time open as they did shut. And through all of this, Captain Locke remained alert, alive, and in unyielding agony.

By the time the infections finally ceased, when the web of scar tissue finally chose an arrangement that would no longer split with every movement he made, the Captain had already terrorized his way through two crew complements. His rule was finally secure, and his rank officially noted in record.

Even today, however, he is not the man he was before. Given particularly strained movements, his face still splits and bleeds at times. Recursive folds of skin and scarring, difficult to clean, are havens for yeast infections. Drool leaks from holes in the side of his face constantly, requiring a regular dabbing of gauze to maintain basic propriety. Yet he remains repulsive, a stinking twisted mass of a man that would turn all but the most hardy of stomachs. The retch-inducing odor permeats his presence, a deathly rot that wards off most who would try to 'befriend' him, forcing a solitude and serenity within the sanctity of his own unbearable presence.

Captain Locke would have it no other way.

Name: Fiona Skye
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Commodore
Available Info: Commodore Skye is surrounded by rumours with varying levels of credibility to them, one of the biggest rumours surrounding her is the cause of her silver hair which is rumoured to be because of genetic manipulation that she put her self through. The procedure was very similar to the one that she put her daughter through before she was born or so the rumours say.

Despite the rumours that surround her, the one fact that almost all know is her level of no tolerance of prisoners, witnesses or survivors of missions that she has led. Reports have the numbers of deaths she is responsible for in the billions, with entire planets destroyed in her duty to the Empire.

She serves as the unchallenged commanding officer of the ISS MacAlpine, a freshly commissioned battleship bearing a compliment of weapons that outclass almost all of the older generations of ships in firepower and the sheer number of weapons.

Name: Five of Eight
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Captain
Available Info: The Command of Captain Five of Eight is a rather feared command in the circles that truly know what goes on aboard the Nightingale. Five of Eight has dedicated her self to the Empire and has a unique way of dealing with prisoners, traitors and those that challenge her command. She assimilates them into her hive aboard the Nightingale where she is the queen.

She serves as the unchallenged commanding officer of the ISS Nightingale, a heavy destroyer that has undergone some rather non-standard modifications to suit her needs.

Name: Elizabeth Sharpe
Affiliation: Anti-Empire Rebel
Rank: Colonel
Available Info: Former commanding officer of MACO Team 9 attached to the Imperial 38th Battle Fleet, before her and her entire team turned rebel against the Terran Empire.
Sharpe was always an excellent soldier following orders to the letter no matter what they were and gained promotion after promotion until she gained the command of her own MACO Team.
However Sharpe always felt disgusted at the orders she was given, and how there was almost no value attached the life of a sentient being, these feelings were shared by her team members, a fact she was more than aware of as she had specially made sure of that as she was forming her team.

This all came to a head the day she rebelled against the Empire; her team was on a small vessel returning to the Battle Station when the captain of the ship decided they were going to execute Sharpe's sister. A fact she was not too happy about as she was the only family she had left at this point, and this was the straw that broke the camels back. Within 10 minutes of the execution being ordered Sharpe was is the command of the vessel, with all loyalist of the Empire dead or in the brig and all the slaves on the ship having been freed.

That was how Sharpe managed to find her self the commander of a small, now rebel, the vessel with a crew. She abandoned the Terran loyalists on an uninhabited world with enough supplies to last them a few days before she took her rebels into hiding. Where she continued to operate, her rebel vessel was hitting Terran convoys and smaller or weaker patrol ships, never hitting enough or a big enough target to be more than a nuisance to the Empire as she knew that in a straight fight her current Rebel cell would never be able to fight the empire. Thus her tactics evolved into hit and run tactics and the use of the bomber strike craft to disable Empire vessels.

Name: Benjamin Rosewood
Affiliation: None
Rank: Captain
Available Info: "Captain" Rosewood is the commanding officer of the pirate vessel Morrigan though fortunately for him, he rarely picks Imperial targets. His services as a ship's captain, soldier or general muscle can be purchased for a modest price. If he has arrived on an Imperial base, the chances are that someone has paid him quite a bit of money to be there.

Name: Via
Affiliation: Captain Rosewood
Rank: Slave
Available Info: Via is the favoured slave of the pirate Captain Rosewood. Where he goes, she goes too, and any slight against her is usually returned tenfold. It is also rumoured that she also acts as Rosewood's assassin. But that's just silly. Who would trust assassinations to a slave?

Name: Sara Desimone
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Commodore
Available Info:

"You can surround yourself with complacent herbivores or you can put your faith in a lioness. Which makes for
a stronger Empire?"
-Then Captain Desimone to Admiral Perim directly prior to her promotion.

Sara Desimone has a glowing military reputation. As Captain of the ISS Axiom, she was responsible for the discovery and subjugation of no fewer than seven new sentient species. None of them resisted for longer than a week, owing largely to the shock and awe tactics Desimone would employ at even the slightest sign of provocation. Her rapid rise through the ranks gives testament to the glory she's brought the Empire.

She also has the reputation of a mad dog, barely kept to her tether and ever ready to round on the hand that feeds. Rumor has it that Axiom's crew have all been converted to cybernetic augments thanks to some mad science, possibly carried out by Desimone's pet aenar and medic. For all of her success, Desimone has a fragile ego that is dangerous to bruise, and a hair trigger temper that can take her from purring seduction to murderous rage with the shifting of a breeze. She's fallen in line a bit more behind Perim since that promotion, and anyone under the direct command of Commodore Desimone knows the value of kissing up.

She's got a strange kind of honor, but it's there if you squint and tilt your head. If she plots against a superior it's because she perceives some weakness that forces her hand, and never due to simple ambition.

Wherever would people get such a silly idea?

Name: Isadora Merin
Affiliation: Terran Empire
Rank: Chief Petty Officer
Available Info: Until recently, CPO Merin served aboard the ISS Eminence under Capt. Liang. Fiercely loyal and devoted to her captain, she foiled several assassination attempts during her tenure there and was expected to be promoted to officer rank, an unusual honor for an alien. Instead she was discharged from the ship. It was widely rumored that the captain's woman, jealous of her close relationship with the captain, had played a large part in her abrupt dismissal. She has since been assigned to Battle Station Argo. Her loyalty to the Empire appears to be unchanged, although it is hard to say whether the bitterness she feels towards her former commanding officer is directed solely at him or the Empire as a whole.

I gave the Empire everything! I gave you everything! I promise you, the day will come when you regret letting me leave here alive.
-CPO Merin, immediately prior to her departure from the ISS Eminence

Name: Mi'shune sh'Sonora
Affiliation: None (Though she mostly takes contracts with the Terran Empire)
Rank: Fugitive Recovery Agent (a specialist)

Available Info: You can tell by her expensive Ferengi weapons, the flat menacing tone of her voice and the swagger in her step that she's a shen not to be trifled with! She was born from a prominent Andorian merchant family with ties to the Terran Empire and the Klingon Alliance (or essentially which ever faction is dominant at any given time). Ex-Andorian Imperial Guard, quit to pursue a career as a fugitive recovery agent (bounty hunter). She did so well at her old Andorian bail bondsman agency that she struck out on her own as as independent contractor. She developed a specialty for cross-reality retrieval by hunting fugitives and Terran Empire AWOL's who successfully cross over into the 'prime' universe. Her reputation was spotless until early last year when she was caught in the prime universe's Starbase Archer while attempting to retrieve a deserter, captured by her prime universe counterpart after being caught trying to her Starfleet credentials to hack Starbase Archer's computer and smuggle the deserter out through a shuttlecraft. She spent several months on a Federation penal colony. She successfully escaped and returned to the mirror universe. Now she's looking for freelance work. How the Terran Empire feel about her missing her bounty, whom she reports as being beyond her reach, is anyone's guess. If the risk is worth the money and a person can pay half up front they too can hire Mi'shune sh'Sonora.

NOTE: Due to her capture in the prime universe she's had her cross-reality travel privileges revoked.

Name: Evaste t'Dor

Affiliation: Tal Shiar

Rank: "Asset" (formally Centurion, very little formal recognition of rank by her or handlers)

Available Info: Evaste is, for lack of nicer terms, an assassin for the Tal Shiar. She is personally a passionate Romulan supremacist and expansionist, believing that the Empire's destiny is to control the galaxy. In public, though, she's a more cavalier person than many Tal Shiar operatives tend to be. She clearly has a great deal of confidence in her skills, and no shame in bragging about them.

Her records do back those boasts up, ranked top among her peers in small arms and bladed weapons, she has a respectable number of confirmed kills, mainly traitors within the Empire. She comes from a long line of Tal Shiar operatives and officials, though she seems to have no real ambition to advance in rank beyond her station of privilege as it exists now. She claims to be perfectly happy living well and getting work to 'get to know' traitors and enemies of her people.

She also works for the Empire as an interrogator, her record there less impressive than her 'main passion', but still maintains the expected 100% confession rate any Tal Shiar interrogator should have.

Despite her rather casual attitude and reputation for enjoying too many vices Evaste has done nothing but prove her loyalty to her people, and the Tal Shiar itself. She has, on more than one occasion, posed as a Vulcan to find a target on the borders of the Empire. She does not enjoy that act, but shows a rather impressive knack for it.
