It was suggested to me that I send you this message in regards to my desire to press charges against a one Seres Avlin, following the events at the Event Horizon Lounge.
I was standing in the serving area attempting to enjoy a cup of tea, having been released from medical earlier. When the before mentioned Seres Avlin approached the serving area alongside me, where she engaged in conversation with me, we had never met before this event, upon which she accused me off having no 'spine', I believe she was attempting to call me a coward due to my behaviour at the bar. She then proceeded to accuse me of my behaviour for nothing more than attention, this was immediately prior to her pushing me violently which caused me to lose my footing and collapse on the floor.
After this Commander Wilson and Zhyl'ia came to investigate as Seres Avlin fled down the exit, as neither commander attempted to detain her exit at the time.
Following this incident, I had to return to medical, as I was having problems breathing again, and the doctor informed me that my collision with the floor had further bruised my rib cage, and one of my lungs almost collapsed again as it was aggravated from its previous state.
