Priority Security Request

USS Dragon is inbound and imminent. I am probably being overly cautious, but I’d like to request that your security teams clear a path between the transporter room and the Admirals’ offices of all personnel and especially civilians temporarily, and either allow security personnel from the Dragon, or the station, or preferably both, to escort a priority guest of ours for debrief.

I will be accompanying said guest, and will be happy to explain all this in person. I am only comfortable saying this much even on a secure channel because we are almost there.

I’d prefer to be acting paranoid with security measures unnecessarily now than regretting I hadn’t later.

We’ll be prepared for your arrival, Captain, such as we can be. The relevant decks will be on alert status for you in order to minimize non-essential presence, with security teams ready to augment yours.

Don’t hesitate to advise me if the situation evolves. I would appreciate a more detailed explanation at your convenience.
