Attention 38th Commanding Officers,
Deep Space 13 Command in conjunction with 38th Command have issued the following directive:
Effective Immediately: all ships which are combat-ready are to begin immediate umbilical disconnect. Perimeter patrols will be coordinated with DS13 Operations and 38th Command.
All Fighter Wings are to begin Combat Air Patrols, also to be coordinated via DS13 Operations.
A standing Yellow Alert is now in effect for Deep Space 13 and All 38th Fleet Installations, Starships, and Colonies within our jurisdiction.
