Attempt to circumvent them and your offer will be rescinded. If I hear anything about you attempting to torture people, I will personally go down to the science lab and shut down the entire study.

The offer was to become a partner and sponsor in this research endeavor, and the projects that will come out of it. I am willing to comply with federation ethical standards and supply the subject in the agreed-upon condition, as well as supply resources to the project in the future, as its needs increase. That being said, in return I will need full access to the research data as it is gathered. the Subject I am supplying will report back to me on a regular basis, per Dominion regulation on joint research initiatives. They and I will be able to paint a more complete picture and better assist this project if we are given equal access to data, research notes, experiments, and all other relevant material.
To be blunt, I want to be treated as a partner in this endeavor that could benefit both of our peoples, not as a donner. Any agreement that would lower us below that status, is not acceptable to my government.

This is Thyzee project, I simply wish to invest in its potential. so long as I, and by extension, my government, are given full access to it, and the discoveries it produces, I have no interest in interfering with its administration, aside from facilitating access to dominion resorces.

No doubt you’ve been in contact with Valore thus far. We’ll be moving into a phase where we can start looking into this project but sure we need to have a discussion about some particulars based on what my CO and those involved have discussed.
Essentially we’re looking to meet to renegotiate the details of Dominion involvement because it seems there is a mismatch in what is expected on each side, including how much we are getting from your people for the project.
If you are up for it we can schedule a meeting to discuss this. Lt Valore you aren’t required to be there but I won’t stop it if you so desire. I do expect Ensign Thyzee as she’ll have the best understanding of what is needed. The Dr. Maldar on the contact list is a related researcher who will be assisting in the lab, I’m just keeping him apprised for now.
