Mogai Class Heavy Warbird
Built in response to the Federation's Sovereign class and the Klingon Negh'Var, the Mogai class was produced in great numbers, quickly eclipsing the older D'Deridex (especially after many of the latter were lost in the Dominion War). The vessel currently bearing the name of "Victory" first entered service with the Romulan Star Navy almost forty years ago, as I.R.W. Hliuh ("surprise"). She served the Star Empire under various commanders until 2412, when she was captured in battle by the nascent Republic. Now with a new commander, and recently upgraded to modern fleet specifications, it remains to be seen if she will live up to her promising name.
