You are requested and required to report for assignment as Acting Commanding Officer on board the Starfleet Space Station Deep-Space 13, by Stardate 96628.1 (18 AUG 2419). Upon arrival you are required to hand over your transfer orders to Rear Admiral Lower Half, Emery Quint EXECUTIVE OFFICER of the 38th Fleet 'Argo' and report for permanent assignment.
