My General, as per your request. I re-established contact with the humanlike being known as Eli Altais, he agreed to meet myself, Captain Korath, Major Corrano and....the Orion Wench, on the planet of Bajor due to it's relatively unthreatening state near the Cardassian Border. Upon meeting with Altais, he was hesitant about seeking Asylum once he met us. But knew that Starfleet would never consider his plan to use Omega Weapons in Fluidic Space.
He wishes access to the Sphere, and believes that he is more intelligent than any researchers on our team. He is arrogant like the rest of his ilk. I believe that between him and Colonel Riles, we have many scientists that we will have to keep a close eye on. Corrano included.
That being said. Captain Eli Altais is now safely aboard Major Corrano's vessel, and has agreed with full consent to asylum on her terms.
