Following an incident on the starbase, Captain Nimitz is seeking information on the Qowat Milat order. I wondered if you may have any insight into their order? I’m attempting to track down any of their movements within the sector as a first instance and while I believe I have a fair starting point, my hope is that you may be able to jump start my investigation with any insight you could provide.
Intelligence is aware a small number of the Qowat Milat are currently on Vulcan, however they have been in attendance since the formation of the Republic.
Finally, I’d like to request a recertification of my bridge officer exam. Since returning to Starfleet I feel I am ready to do more and wish to be considered in the Command track once more.

I am seeking information on the Qowat Milat order and their current activities in both Federation and Republic space.
It is my understanding that my Commanding Officer, Alistair Harrington Nimitz (perhaps in your records as R’lmus ch’Rhian) has had dealings with them in the past, in particular his aunt, Milisa ch’Rhian is a member of their order.
This request has come about following an interaction with an unusual psionically active artefact and it is our belief that there may be a link between the Qowat Milat and this artefact, or at least it would be an object of interest.
