Hello Argo,
As many of you have likely become aware some of your tickets and character apps have began taking a little longer for us to get to. Don't worry, we've noticed that too.
With Aev stepping down at the beginning of the month after Katriel and Kermit a handful of months back, a global pandemic and changes in career positions we've found ourselves spread a little thin.
To help fill out staff and spread the load of administrative duties back out, reorganize, and restructure some behind the scenes matters Katriel has agreed to dedicate her time to step back into an administrative staff role.
Many or all of you know who Kat is, but for those you don't: Katriel has been a member of Argo for eight years, and served as staff for the past seven. She has seen the beginning times back when the fleet was 'Task Force Argo' and we're greatly looking forward to her returning!
