So, starting with a link.
The Star Wars lot that I've been RPing with for years on end (also known as Pathfinder and company) have done various "Jedi classes" over the years. The structure varies from quite loose discussions, to rigidly planned and structured lectures.
Having a look at the wealth of information by Googling "Starfleet Academy", as well as the very pretty fleet environments we have access too, has got me thinking about doing something similar for the Feddies here.
Would people be interested in being students and/or lecturers for various classes?

Siphon could lecture on first aid.
We've had reasonable success with events such as these in the past, I believe if you set a date you would get a good showing.
Are you thinking AU event sort where people's characters get Academy-fied for the duration or ...?
I'm down to sit in or give a lesson if need be. I can think of a few different tactics/strategy/etc classes I could present.
I like the idea and would love to attend some of these. I would also be willing to have Shan teach... something.

That's up to the player, I should think. I wasn't really planning on setting a particular rule for classes in regard to characters, but it's something that could be discussed further, certainly.
