DETAILS Ensign Kohl failed to report for duty shift on the morning of 15th February 2421. Ensign Kohl is reportedly no longer on the station, however there have been no transporter or shuttle activity logged with Ensign Kohl’s access code.
Ensign Parmer reported that Ensign Kohl failed to return to their quarters on the 14th, however Ensign Kohl frequently works later shifts so this was not cause for concern at the time.
Ensign Kohl is a dutiful officer with no previous incidence of missing a duty shift, nor is there any notable misconduct, medical or psychological notes on record.
