Thank you so much for inviting me to finally check out Cafe Estrella! It is so beautiful, and a wonderful dining atmosphere, to say nothing of the food! All your hard work in setting it up definitely paid off.
Since the staff takes their tips in holodeck time, and I can’t give up any of mine to your ship, I thought maybe the best way to handle this would be to allow our lovely waitress Selene to have an hour or two in one of the Dragon’s holodecks next time our ships are in port together long enough. What do you think? I am open to other suggestions of course, but I want to make things square, and definitely not stiff her, as it were. She did a wonderful job!
Let me know, and I’ll make arrangements with Security and Ops.

Always happy to have you around. You should stop by again once they’ve got Ensign Culver’s frozen custard recipe figured out. Vanilla or Bust has nothing on that texture and consistency. See what you’re missing on smaller ships?
I mentioned your idea to Selene on her lunch shift today and she’s excited about getting to see a Lexington-class up close and personal. Would a tour of non-restricted areas be feasible?

Oh yes, of course! We can have security conduct a tour if one of the senior staff like myself is unavailable. While we don’t generally have civilians aboard unless relevant for a mission, it is not forbidden outright. They can just expect an escort at all times. But not actually in the holodeck unless they’re tampering with the computers!
While we also have a staff in our lounges and mess halls, they are all enlisted crew in Operations. Besides, we have nothing as fancy as Cafe Estrella.
So yes, we can absolutely make a tour happen outside the few restricted areas!
