A sample record template to help people create their own. This code is copied from the U.S.S. Endeavour post which in turn was copied from Kermit’s U.S.S. Saratoga post.
Someone who is more adept than me is welcome to post a cleaner and more accessible template. I’ll update this main template to reflect any changes.
