Officers of the 38th Fleet,
See the attached Summer 2417 shore leave rotations for the 38th Fleet.
Officers who have not made alternate arrangements will be rotated to Risa for two weeks. The DS13 Counseling department will arrange planetside accommodations for Argo personnel. Please submit form SF.5263.Phi-3 if you intend to reside elsewhere during your stay.
The 16th Fleet will be providing relief vessels to cover the 38th's patrols for this time period. If you have any mission-critical information to be shared with your replacements, please submit it to the office of the Fleet XO no later than Stardate 94565.5 for distribution.
The previous recall order is rescinded. Leave requests may be resubmitted as per usual procedure.
