Now then, *picks up a newlyy crafted molar* This is what I'll be placing inside your mouth, it's been replicated to fit perfectly into your mouth to replace the tooth that was removed.
*The patient tries to speak again and can barely be understood but to the well trained ear, it sounded like "why do dentist talk to you when they know you can't answer them?".
