The U.S.S. Endeavour is fully mission-ready with all primary systems operational. The crew is prepared for immediate deployment in accordance with current mission directives.
An increased medical complement remains in effect to provide first-response capabilities if required. As previously reported, this adjustment has resulted in staffing reductions across other departments. While personnel levels in these areas remain slightly below optimal, overall operational efficiency has been maintained with only minor performance impact.
Department Performance Overview
R&D and Repair Teams: Both departments continue to exceed Starfleet benchmarks, with repair crews consistently outperforming standardised testing expectations.
Crew Morale: High, attributed to the leadership of Commander Eunbi and the counselling team.
Areas of Improvement
Communications: The department is not utilising the latest software and hardware updates, reducing coordination effectiveness, particularly in joint operations with U.S.S. Bark. This puts the U.S.S. Endeavour below the threshold required to serve as a flagship; immediate upgrades are required to restore optimal fleet integration and to return the ship to flag readiness.
Tactical Readiness: Reduced tactical personnel have resulted in the lowest tactical performance scores among comparable vessels within the fleet. While scores remain within Starfleet-acceptable parameters, this remains a point of concern. However, in the event of hostilities, the steps outlined in our submitted action plan can restore the ship to full tactical performance within 77 hours.
Cybersecurity Vulnerabilities: A recent intelligence audit identified security gaps that are increasing intelligence workload. The intelligence team is actively working to address these issues within the current operational cycle.
Maintainance and Current Orders
There are no outstanding maintenance concerns at present. Current performance projections indicate that the U.S.S. Endeavour is operating slightly above expected efficiency levels for its position within the standard maintenance cycle.
The U.S.S. Bark remains on track to undergo scheduled maintenance in 2425.
We are currently en route to a diplomatic summit with Kacam as part of Operation Sovereign Nexus.
U.S.S. Dragon is fully operational, and the crew is ready for mission deployment. Similarly, the embarked U.S.S. Shenlong and our small contingent of fighters are also in peak operating condition, and ready to mobilize.
Dragon’s staffing levels are not at maximum, but close enough for efficient operation.
Department Performance Overview
Operations: Our operations department continues to exceed Starfleet benchmarks, with repair crews consistently outperforming standardized testing expectations.
Science: Though understandably not the most populated department given the ship’s mission profile, many improvements have been implemented by our new Chief Science Officer.
Tactical: Continues to set benchmarks for other ships to strive for.
Security: Continues to rigorously defend the ship and perform with excellence on away missions.
Crew Morale: High. Commander LaSalle has struck a great balance between discipline/drills, and an emphasis on rest and self-care where able, for the crew.
Areas of Improvement
U.S.S. Shenlong: Commander LaSalle and I are currently working on a schedule or rotation for semi-permanent crew to report immediately to the ship for Red Alert situations.
Maintainance and Current Orders
There are no outstanding maintenance concerns at present. Current performance projections indicate that U.S.S. Dragon is operating slightly above expected efficiency levels across systems. Last maintenance was 2 months ago.
System patches are being applied to harden security on our C3 (Command, Control, Communications) array.
We are currently operating under standby orders of maintaining pirate patrols across several sectors, and ready to deploy for new orders at any moment.

U.S.S. Hornet - Readiness Report
Commanding Officer: Captain Lunya Vel Executive Officer: Commander Headlee Kyiko CAG: Commander Riasull Dellir Mission Status: Active Deployment- Deployed on Operation Hydra
Operational Status
U.S.S. Hornet is fully operational after her transfer to the 38th Fleet. Crew and recent transfers are integrating well.
U.S.S. Gato, U.S.S. Thrasher, and all fighters, shuttles and runabouts of the 10th Carrier Air Wing are well maintained, and mission ready.
Hornet’s recent change in command staff has been met with enthusiasm and professionalism, and all departments report mission ready.
Department Performance Review
Operations: Operations department is performing at peak efficiency levels, highlighted by excellent deck crews and hangar operations staff
Science: Science Department needs an overall update to include updated planetary survey equipment. This will be tended to during Hornet’s next time in dock.
Tactical: Tactical is operating at standard levels of efficiency, with slight room for improvement in overall ship to ship combat, as the Hornet relies heavily on her air wing for attack and defense. Recommend deployment to next Starfleet Red Flag operations.
Security: Security teams have shown excellent response times for a ship this size. This includes novel uses of site to site transporters to rapidly deploy teams to effect choke points and security barriers. Away teams are well versed in ship boarding operations and landing operations.
Crew Morale: Crew moral is high, with the new additions to Hornet’s crew being welcomed by the seasoned ones. Captain maintains an open door policy for any crew member with concerns or ideas. Commander Kyiko has done an excellent job preparing the ship for command staff transfer, and high crew morale can be credited to her outstanding work.
Areas of Improvement
U.S.S. Thrasher: Commander Kora zh’Vhenda is new to ship command, and has shown slight attitude issues after her “demotion” to a Callisto Class Frigate
U.S.S. Gato: Commander Srir has minimal combat experience, but has shown skill during combat drills.
Frigate Operations: Captain Vel has no experience in Frigate/Carrier operations, and has instrumented numerous drills to work on preparation, tactics, and operations of this aspect of the Jupiter Class.
Maintenance and Current Orders
There are no outstanding maintenance issues aboard the ship at this moment. All systems and departments are operating at or above Starfleet requirements
Currently Hornet is en route to launching point for Operation Hydra

The U.S.S. Mariner is currently undergoing a large refit to her power control systems to resolve a critical design flaw in regards to phaser fire control. This refit is expected to take a minimum of ninety days, during which the Mariner will be unable to participate in any missions.
Department Performance Overview
Command: Currently, the command structure of the U.S.S. Mariner is suffering from an issue of overextension. The lack of an executive officer requires the captain and senior staff to take on extra duties to cover the slack, which at times prohibits them from performing their primary duties. Such overextension causes increased fatigue among said officers; while not an urgent issue given the ship’s current status, it may become a problem during a rigorous deployment.
Operations: After the recent transfer of a new officer, operations has returned to a standard level of performance. As the new officer becomes more familiar with the ship and staff, I expect the operations department will begin to excel.
Science: The lack of a chief science officer diminishes the efficacy of this department. The Mariner’s cutting edge systems have a very high capacity for scientific pursuit. Unfortunately, the junior officers and enlisted personnel cannot currently utilize said systems to their full capacity due to a noticeable lack of cohesion.
Security: Security is performing above expectations. The Mariner is equipped with several classified systems, but so far the team has completely contained all leaks of information about said systems.
Tactical: The Mariner is currently undergoing refit due to a critical miscommunication between the design team and the utopia planetia shipyards. The original brief called for Mk XIV phaser beam arrays, and the power draw system for the fire control system was matched to said specifications. However, into very late stage building of the first run of Caelian-class starships, Starfleet Command ordered the phasers upgraded to Mk XV. The power draw system was not overhauled to the new weapon’s specifications, which causes a critical loss of tactical sensor resolution during combat, severely reducing phaser accuracy during extended engagements.
Crew Morale: Despite a rigorous standard for on-duty behavior and performance, crew morale is high. This is accomplished by equally lenient standards for off-duty activity that does not disrupt on-duty personnel, in addition to extended amenities created by the chief engineer.
Areas of Improvement
Diplomatic Readiness: Currently the crew of the Mariner is not sufficiently prepared for diplomatic missions. Thus far, the mission profile of the Mariner has been mostly dangerous search-and-rescue operations and tactical missions. The crew has not participated in a proper diplomatic mission for some time, and requires some retraining to refresh important skills.
Maintenance and Current Orders
As stated previously, the U.S.S. Mariner is currently undergoing extensive refit to overcome a critical design flaw. After the projected build time of between 90 and 120 days, the ship will return to full capacity.
Hello Captain, belated congratulations on your new position.
Reyga is fully operational and mission-ready. We are currently deployed to the Kelt Region conducting follow-up research pursuant to orders from Admiral Bishop. I expect this study to last no more than another few weeks. Afterwards, we have a full plate of exploration duties queued up per our standing orders.
Separately, our Security team is pursuing an investigation into a potential smuggling situation. Nothing to report as of yet.
Presently, nothing we’re working on is uninterruptable and we remain available for priority tasking.
