Your inbox is most likely as full as mine regarding this. Somehow, a simple mixup has turned into a diplomatic incident, with everyone quick to blame the Federation for somehow doing this on purpose.
I would request that Ops have a team filter out messages reporting forged artwork and send a standard reply to anyone who sends a message regarding this. Then we’ll get an investigation going. One possible area to start is the unexpected power cut we got during the gala, which lasted a few minutes. If the paintings were switched, that would be the time to do it.
As always you have the fleet’s support if needed.
Keep me up to date. Leave the diplomatic issues to the diplomats. Just get to the bottom of this.
