Hey,
No doubt you heard of the mess we got ourselves into yesterday. I’m hoping it’ll be in the report, but knowing our lot, I’m not going to bet on it. So I want to make sure you know the truth. Look, we were both screwed over by the Dominion and I know neither of us will be grieving much at that pig’s death. But I can’t let that cover the fact that without them, I wouldn’t be here to write this letter to you. None of us would.
The ship’s actions, and by extension, hers, saved the day. They lost troops so we wouldn’t have to. I know death is meaningless to them, but they aren’t to us. They deserved to be honoured.
So now you know. You’d better do something about it. And if the reports omit that fact, you should bash some heads.
Don’t think for a second that I trust these lot. It’s going to take more than a good action to even begin to be considered trustworthy. But they’ve got to start somewhere, right?
