Captain Desimone,


We are getting increasing reports, on the Endeavour at least, of violence and protests. Whilst this is usually easily dealt with, the perpetrators are beginning to vandalise Starfleet property. There is only so much brig space on the Endeavour and we do not have the crew-power deal with this situation right now. I do not know whether this trouble is local to the Endeavour, or whether this frustration is happening elsewhere. I also do not want to kick refugees off the ship.

Following on from the memo from Admiral Konieczko, is it possible for the Endeavour to get a priority transport to offload our civilians? Your idea worked like a charm, but it's best if we follow through with this quickly so as people don't get restless.
