I am writing to request a medical check-up for ENS Thyzee, service number HF-926-3085 YCV, who works in Deep Space 13 Science. After speaking with her earlier, I grew concerned about her well-being. It may be prudent to carry out a check to make sure she is in serviceable health. I do not believe this is an urgent matter, but it is always better to be safer than sorry.
