First,
Recently, some of your unit resided on the U.S.S. Endeavour for a series of missions in the Kirorai System. We will be returning and I would like to offer your unit another opportunity to join us.
Do let me know if you or other would be willing to join. As it will be a Starfleet mission and travel will be on the U.S.S. Endeavour, you will have to follow Starfleet rules and regulations. The same security arrangements as previous will have to be followed on the ship.
Last time, your unit saw fit to set up shop in my corridor instead of the rooms provided. If you have any particular living arrangement preferences, I have cc’d our Steward into this message; please let him know.
