I would like all officers to place greater scrutiny on the above officer going forward. As you can see, she expresses a wish to be enrolled to the Command Training Program.
In her current state, we cannot recommend her. She shows a limited natural aptitude for leadership, preferring to stick to the status quo. I would put this down to her limited experience in the field; it is your job to help to tease her out to become a better leader and a better candidate for the program.
Let me know how she develops and how she continues to grow. As time passes, perhaps we will be able to get a better picture.
