Commander Mandra,
I will be requiring your assistance in running Project Ezakka (outlined in my recent communique to the entire department). Due to the nature of the project, I believe we can make substantial progress through the use of computer simulations to find weaknesses in Project Teleraptor. As I am not as well versed in computing as you are, I believe that you would be the best officer to head the project going forward.
Whilst this project is of high priority, consideration will be given to your current projects if you are unable to complete them, or unable to devote your full time to Ezakka.
Please let me know as soon as possible about whether you are able to accept this role or not.
