Admiral Bishop,
Please find my addendum to the AAR report attached, and to answer the questions from Ambassador Perim.
- The original objective was to investigate the facility and the situation around what caused the explosion to reveal the facility inside the asteroid.
- It did not at any point
- The asteroid was in the Doza sector in an unclaimed system
- The away teams objectives were to investigate where aid is going to be most needed, what type of aid and render immediate aid as needed
- Only medical aid was provided outside of the asylum giving to a group of prisoners to resolve a hostage situation
- The prisoners accepted Captain Nimitz’s offer of asylum after Captain Nimitz offered it to them, citing it as a way to take them out of there
- Twelve asylum-seekers were removed from the prison
- At this time no we do not have anything beyond what they have told us.
