CMDR Sideris,
Initial report - I have arrived on Trill and have begun my assignment. Using some old connections, I managed to acquire a job as the Minister’s new personal assistant, after he was informed that his previous one, a joined Trill, suffered from an incredibly adverse reaction to a bug bite and is being treated on the other side of the world near his childhood home.
So far, I have not detected anything of note, but it has been less than a day since I have arrived, and while I’m certain that he does not suspect anything about my cover, he certainly will be keeping me at an arm’s length until I develop some trust. I estimate this mission will take some time.
To avoid any risk of detection, I will not be filing any more reports until I have collected a significant amount of data, or until you otherwise request an update through secure channels.
Also, just for clarification, I don’t think I’ll be harvesting anything out here.
