Is this akin to my father’s requests for technical assistance when he purchases a new electronic device? I cannot help but postulate that I am doing something wrong here with the new update.
I think I encountered an error earlier when the terminal at my desk demanded a new admin access to sign in, but the technical help desk informed me they could not help me on weekends unless I signed in. I looked up a few questions and answers on technical forums. Apparently, it might help if we manually alter some sort of component known as the BIOS. Your thoughts?

Update. I think it would not be completely unreasonable to postulate that I may or may not have just aggravated the situation when the best solution would have been to acquire the services of a professional. I suspect I need to put in a requisition for a new PADD.
