BIOGRAPHICAL HIGHLIGHTS
Teigo is the fourth child of Rhinu and Larsha. Born on Ferenginar he was often found under the apprenticeship of his two uncles. Underneath his uncle Neb he was tutored in the fine art of Ferengi Commerce. Practical experience would be given by his uncle Krup who owned several waste processing facilities in the Ferenginar Quadrant.
The young Ferengi's application to Starfleet Academy would become something of a surprise to his own family. Not wanting to get in the way of potential profit, however, he was not barred from attending entry exams. After passing the entry exam he spent the next four years of his life on Earth, learning as much as he could of the Engineering Crops and making a point to specialize in waste management and extraction systems.
Once graduated he was quickly posted to a starship. As a division officer he would make strides in waste management, but never expressed much drive to do more than what was anticipated of him. Sticking to his department he would see himself transferred to two other ships.
Recently, he has been posted to the 38th fleet and is currently serving on Deep Space 13. He hopes to make further strides in engineering while serving on the starbase and make a decent profit while he is at it.
