To our erstwhile allies.
I have noticed an increased amount of activity, and buildup along our borders with the Tholians, during my patrols. They have begun to get bolder in their border crossings, and have started to disrupt shipping vital to our war against the Heralds. Since many of our ships are involved in protecting Klingon assets, and helping to prosecute the war, I would request the "company" of our allies, in teaching these rocks to keep to themselves. If we hit them quickly, and hard, we can destroy their buildup, and make them think twice about attacking us.
