To Command Staff:

We are in possession of 15 Romulan prisoners (4 wounded, 1 critical) due to aftermath of attack on assigned convoy to Starbase 718. I am inquiring as to what the desired destination/disposition of the prisoners should be. None have been forthcoming with any information, but there has to be a reason why four Romulan Empire ships would attack a Federation convoy. USS Midway is currently enroute to DS 13 from Starbase 718.

Captain, as per the Admiral’s request Deep Space 13 will be available to accept the prisoners, render what medical assistance we can provide, and detain them. However, being the officer whom procured them you’re in the better position to determine how we should proceed. If further questioning is in order, our Intelligence department will get on the case.

Captain,

The Midway will be docking soon at DS 13 to transfer prisoners over to Starfleet Intelligence for debriefing. I do request that CDR Nathes and myself be allowed to be present for any interrogation that occurs. My security officer will be available to escort the prisoners once we have docked.
