To all 38th Fleet personnel,
With acting engineering department head LCDR Khet’s approval, please be advised that modernization and expansion work on DS13’s shipyard will commence soon. Any existing and occupied berths will not be impacted while work progresses. Any questions or concerns can be directed towards ideally myself or LCDR Khet where I can discuss things in greater detail, preferably in person, otherwise by comms.
